La fleur ininti fournit plus tard les graines pour faire des colliers, et abonde sur les imposants arbres ininti qui poussent le long des lits de rivières asséchés à travers le désert occidental. L’arbre ininti (bat-wing coral tree) est originaire du désert occidental de l’Australie centrale, poussant dans le sable autour du lit des ruisseaux. Les ininti poussent abondamment dans la region de Muruntji où l’artiste a passé beaucoup de temps à récolter les graines.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePatricia Multa et sa fille Virgillia Multa peignent toutes deux Ininti à Muruntji, exprimant les couleurs et le mouvement de l’arbre ininti et de ses graines et fleurs au fil des saisons. Patricia se souvient d’avoir ramassé les graines lorsqu’elle était enfant et d’en avoir fait des colliers. Les graines peuvent être trouvées dans le sable ou à l’intérieur des gousses encore sur les arbres. Les graines poussent naturellement dans des couleurs variées allant du rouge foncé au jaune clair. Les fleurs sont tout aussi vibrantes, allant des oranges riches aux rouges. The ininti tree (bat-wing coral tree) is native to the Western Desert of Central Australia, growing in sand around creek beds. The ininti grow abundantly in Muruntji country where the artists have spent much time collecting the seeds.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBoth Patricia Multa, and her daughter Virgillia Multa paint the Ininti at Muruntji, expressing the colours and movement of the ininti tree and its seeds and flowers throughout the seasons. Patricia remembers collecting the seeds when she was a child and making them into necklaces. The seeds can be found in the sand, or inside the pods still on the trees. The seeds naturally grow in varying colours from dark reds to light yellows. The flowers are equally vibrant, ranging from rich oranges into reds.
